Dealership services and authorization

MatchRV offers public website checks, AI visibility audits, inventory ingestion and enrichment, structured data services, MCP syndication, and advertising management where agreed. You must be authorized to submit dealership information, connect a feed, or instruct work on a dealership’s behalf. You retain rights in the content you supply and grant MatchRV permission to process and distribute the agreed inventory and public business information to deliver the services.

Do not supply content you lack permission to use, sensitive customer records, false inventory, or credentials through public forms. Access to a supported DMS, website, or third-party integration may require separate permissions and agreements.

Reports and AI observations

Reports describe the pages, sample units, questions, dates, and conditions tested. Public-page checks have a limited scope and may not reproduce every crawler or assistant. AI answers and inventory change. A score, observation, or comparison does not guarantee future rankings, recommendations, traffic, leads, or sales.

Enrichment relies on available source evidence and exact model matching. Missing or conflicting facts must be confirmed rather than treated as verified. A hosted schema layer does not transfer control of a dealership website or override an assistant’s independent decisions.

Audit and ongoing services

The full audit is offered at $99 one time. That audit fee is credited in full toward an ongoing service when you enroll. Scope, service fees, integration compatibility, onboarding, payment timing, audit-credit application, renewal, cancellation, and any refund terms are confirmed in a separate agreement before recurring service or billing begins.

Submitting a free snapshot form or booking a call does not buy an audit, enroll you in a plan, or authorize a charge. No subscription starts without your explicit agreement.

Advertising and third-party platforms

ChatGPT advertising is offered as a limited pilot, subject to OpenAI’s eligibility, review, access, and delivery rules. Sponsored placements remain separate from organic answers. Advertising spend is paid directly through your advertiser account. Optional Google campaign services require an agreed scope. MatchRV cannot guarantee approval, impressions, position, clicks, or outcomes on third-party platforms.

Inventory and shopping tools

Listings, prices, availability, and specifications can be incomplete or outdated. Verify details with the dealership before visiting or purchasing. MatchRV is not the seller, lender, or a party to a vehicle transaction. Dealer terms, taxes, fees, financing, warranties, and availability must be confirmed directly.

Weight data is informational. Dry weight is not loaded towing weight. Confirm your exact vehicle configuration, payload, axle and hitch limits, loaded RV weight, and manufacturer guidance before towing. MatchRV does not certify towing safety from a generic tow rating or an incomplete record.

Contact requests and acceptable use

Dealer-contact tools require a preview and explicit approval before submission. By approving, you authorize the reviewed contact information, message, and relevant inventory reference to be sent to the selected dealership, either directly or forwarded by MatchRV staff when MatchRV has no direct connection to that dealership. MatchRV reports the inquiry’s real delivery status and does not guarantee a dealership response. Optional marketing communications require the applicable consent.

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, bypass access controls, send spam, upload malicious content, or interfere with other users. Access may be limited to protect the service or address misuse.

Content, availability, and responsibility

MatchRV retains rights in its software, designs, and original reports, subject to your rights in supplied content and any agreed license. Third-party content remains subject to its owners’ rights. Except for commitments in a separately accepted agreement or rights that cannot be excluded by law, the service is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or complete accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, MatchRV is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

Privacy, updates, and contact
